These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Nature by EatDirt ("Nature," "we," or "us"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Nature

Nature is a tool for farms and food businesses and is intended for business use. You may use it only if you can form a binding agreement with us. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for their use of the Service.

3. Your information and records

The information and records you put into Nature belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and display that information as needed to provide the Service, including to generate the documents and traces you ask us to create. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter information about others, such as the businesses you sell to. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Records, documents, and compliance

Nature helps you create, organize, and share traceability records and related documents. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the laws, rules, and buyer or customer requirements that apply to your business, and for reviewing the records and documents Nature produces before you rely on or share them. Nature does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and using the Service does not by itself guarantee compliance with any law or requirement.

5. Acceptable use

When using Nature, you agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other accounts; copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service; or upload content that is malicious or that infringes the rights of others.

6. Fees

The Service may be offered on a free or paid basis. If fees apply to your use, we will make the terms clear before you incur them.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or connect with services provided by others. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Changes to and availability of the Service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, Nature will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us anything.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the information you put into it, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops. You may export your information as described in the Privacy Policy, and the sections of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, let you know within the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington.
